The staff was extremely friendly and kind. As we were coming into the hotel the GM not only held the door for us (she was on her way home) but took one of our suitcases all the way up to our room. extremely kind and helpful. The parking garage was very well lit, which was important to us since we checked out before daylight to catch a flight at Love Field.

From the time we checked in the staff was great. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. We enjoyed a wonder breakfast both days while we were there. Thank you!

Rooms had a full kitchenette -washing machines & tumble dryers. Small gym which was sufficient Super helpfull staff

Very nice location. Very friendly staff. My room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the coffee and conversation with the hotel staff. I will stay here again on my trip to Farmers Branch.
